It’s been a busy summer in ePly HQ with our developers furiously getting you the new features and improvements that you have requested via your feedback. If you would like to send us some more feedback or have other ideas for new features, please let us know.
Below is a brief overview of ePly New Features:
Recurring Payments
Recurring payments are automatic interval payments based on time (usually by month). For example, if your event cost $1000, you can give people the option to pay in 4 payments of $250 and it can be customized to be automatically paid on the any day of each following month. You can also set an upfront deposit amount and have them pay the remaining balance as per the schedule set out by you. Contact ePly for more information on this feature.
OneCard Integration
For Universities who use this Identification/Payment Card-type system, we can now directly charge a OneCard for easy payment processing and updates in the ePly system.
New Invoicing System
As you might have noticed, we are making it easier for you to keep track of your invoices, you will see the changes under the account tab when you are logged in. If you choose to pay by credit card you can simply check off the invoices you are paying and optionally save your credit card for even quicker future payments.
What are we working on next?
Invoice and Statement History
In addition to the New Invoicing System, we will also give you a record of invoices/statements previously paid so that you can easily recall them during your reconciliation.
More Form Formatting Options
To give your registration forms a more custom and modern look and feel we are adding some new formatting controls. These will include:
- control over the size and style of section dividing bars
- background shading on radio buttons
- reformatting of the payment summary area on the form
- more control over fonts styles and sizes.
